Five star. Best mechanic in town!!! They are professional and courteous. They treat women honestly and respectfully. They go the extra mile for the customer. They do the job right the first time. They fight Volvo for parts that are under warrenty, until they get them.
I have been taking my Volvo to Sandberg NW Volvo . The shop is so clean you could eat off the floor. As the name implies they only service Volvos. They are honest when I need service I just drop off my car tell Terry (Volvo Master Technician) to look over the car and make any repairs that are needed. I have never been taken advantage of. Terry tries to save you money and does not do repairs that are not needed.
